ITV commissioned Hanover Pictures to produce "The Christmas Storybook" a 30 minute television programme for ITV West's Christmas schedule back in 2008. Screened on Christmas Day at 11.45pm, the programme sees a father tell two magical festive stories to his three children on Christmas Eve. The stories were the short films "The Christmas Eve Snowfall" and the short film "Winter's End".
