Biography
Dave's passion for media started as young as 14. Becoming deeply involved in Theatre productions with groups both around the South West and Nationally, his work lead to a number of awards and nominations including the Rosebowl award for Best Youth Performance.
Now an accomplished DJ and Producer, Dave started work for Regional Radio Station Galaxy 101, where he became an Outside Broadcast Producer and Co-Presenter of a weekly show.
In 1999 he joined the ITV Television Workshop to gain more experience in front of the lens. His involvement with the group has since achieved him 2 guest appearances in BBC's 'Casualty', including a feature role in the christmas special (2002). Also numerous other ITV productions such as 'Bhangara Heads ', a feature in teen show 'Blissed out', as well as appearances on "Teachers" (C4) and "Forty" (C4).
Theatre Projects with ITV include Dave taking the lead in 'Vampirology' which ran to full houses for two weeks at Bristol's Alma Tavern Theatre, and the follow up 'V2' which was performed at Bristol's 'Lakota' Nightclub.
He has also shown his talents to a number of corporate projects for companies including BT ..
As an Independent Film Producer, Dave founded the production company "CapturIt". It continues to achieve immense success working with corportate clients and also producing in-house short films and documentaries.
Taking a turn behind the camera as Director, Dave's first full length feature film is also currently in pre-production. He is also working alongside the fresh talent at "One Location Films" as an executive producer. Their first short film is currently in progress.
